Who you are dealing with

Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout, and accepted when the kitchen starts it. Prices and availability can change, and occasionally a dish sells out after you have ordered. If that happens we will call you before we cook anything else.

Pickup

Orders are for collection at the address above at the time you chose. We hold food for a reasonable period; past that we cannot guarantee it is still worth eating. We do not currently take delivery orders through this site.

Prices, tax and fees

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. Tipping is entirely optional and defaults to nothing. We do not currently add a processing fee to online orders. Every charge is itemised before you confirm.

Payment

Card payments are processed by our point-of-sale provider. Card details are encrypted in your browser and are never stored on this website.

Cancellations and refunds

Call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If the kitchen has not started your order we will refund it in full. If something is wrong with your food, tell us and we will put it right.

Alcohol

Cocktails, wine and beer are served in the dining room and at the bar only, and cannot be added to a pickup order. Anyone drinking must be 21 or over and able to prove it.

Reservations and parties

A booking request is a request, not a confirmed table, until we come back to you. Large parties may be asked to confirm details in advance.
